Professional; manifested in work behavior that is guided by standard operating procedures which are used as a reference to plan and carry out work. It develops competence, according to the demand, the development of technology, and profession, and works enthusiastically, objectively, genuinely, free of sentiment, on time, and disciplined

 

Responsive; always developing a proactive and cooperative attitude, is sensitive to environmental situations and needs, can take advantage of existing opportunities and challenges, and provide excellent service.

 

Objective; behaving objectively in every action and decision-making process, providing equal opportunities without distinction of gender, ethnicity, religion, race, ideology, social or economic status, based on human rights principles

 

Flexible; quick to follow the changing times and demands of the working world with innovative activities, always trying to accomplish the existing ones, and creating new and better things continuously and sustainably, always developing new and better ways, open to new experiences and knowledge, be creative, be dare to take risks, have alternative ideas and thoughts in solving problem

 

Integrity; is manifested in compliance and consistency with mutually agreed regulations, norms, value systems, obligations, and work procedures, and being honest.

Teamwork; is a bond that occurs based on kinship between members of the community. It is done more than just professional cooperation, but for the common interest to realize the same goal with people in the same organization within a certain period. Cooperation is absolutely necessary so the togetherness can be created and goals can be achieved
